How BTB Works
A simple & systematic 'hands off' approach to alternative real estate investing.
Invest Capital
Place your investment funds into a safeguarded escrow account. Qualified funds (401K, 403b, etc) can be transferred via a Self-Directed IRA. Underwriting and asset management is conducted by Executive Services team.
Select Real Estate Project
Your investment funds lend towards the buildout of selected real estate projects. Instead of the bank, you become the 1st position lien holder of your selected real estate deal.
Collect Your ROI
You get back your initial principal investment plus the Double Digit Percentage Earnings after the 1, 2 or 3 year term! You can repeat this process on an annual basis if you want to.
