Place your investment funds into a safeguarded escrow account. Qualified funds (401K, 403b, etc) can be transferred via a Self-Directed IRA. Underwriting and asset management is conducted by Executive Services team.
Select Real Estate Project
Your investment funds lend towards the buildout of selected real estate project. Instead of the bank, you become the 1st position lien holder of your selected real estate deal.
Collect Your ROI
Upon the sale of the real estate, you get back your initial investment plus the additional 15% earnings! You can repeat this process on an annual basis if you want to.
